Rosa Iturbe has run the front of the office since the week we opened in 2016. She handles insurance verification, billing, scheduling, and the phone call you make at 4:50 on a Friday. She works in Spanish and English.
If you have a question about what your plan will actually pay, ask Rosa and not the internet. She verifies benefits before every new patient visit and will tell you the number before you sit in the chair, including when the number is disappointing.
She is also the person who decides how far ahead we book, which is why we hold two openings every morning for children who woke up in pain.
